Innovative Artists is a mixed use development housing a talent agency and four ground floor residential pied a terres. This project is located on Broadway which, during World War II, was home to many factories producing aircraft parts. The Quonset Hut became synonymous with temporary structures housing many of these manufacturers. The project’s shape and materials pay homage to these buildings.
