FIVE 50 NORTH
A proposed mixed-use, transit-oriented development consisting of 97 units, Five 50 North is designed to serve as the western anchor of downtown Burbank. A pocket park and corner café are intended to be a gathering place for the neighboring community. The building has been stepped back at the 3rd floor to relate to the scale of adjacent buildings. The ground floor stoops along tree-lined Cypress Avenue respect and reinforce the walkability of the neighborhood.
